Whether we conciously think about it, our businesses run using a series of processes. Every task you perform is governed by a process, from invoicing your customers to stocking up on tea-bags.

MCSS offers an informal service aimed to help small businesses improve and document their processes. Typical benefits would be:

    By analysing how a process is carried out a more efficient way of doing that process often becomes apparent, saving you time.
