About Usability

It’s an obvious statment to make, but we will make it anyway:
“If your software isn’t usable, people won’t use it. If your website is hard to use, people won’t come back.”

Usability is important to you and it’s important to us too.

• Without usability we do not get repeat visits to our websites and so we do not get more business. An unusable site is as much of a turn-off to visitors as a pug-ugly site.
• Usability shows that you care about your customers. It also shows that we care about ours; if we provide you with a solution with poor usability, what does that say we think of you?
• Usability is in the detail. From ensuring that webpages are clearly laid out and simple to navigate through to the choice of colours and font, usability is an aspect that we take very seriously
