With over 21 years in the IT industry, Mark has worked for every size of company from a husband and wife team (based in a stable) right through to managing a team of developers for a large investment bank.

This diversity has enabled Mark to enjoy a wide range of roles, gain a large set of skills and garner an understanding of how business works for different sizes of company.

Mark has built and managed teams from the ground up, working alongside external vendors and agencies to recruit the right staff. He understands the value of individuals to a business
